Perspective

Experience from both sides

How a defense-side foundation informs plaintiff advocacy

The Summit perspective

Experience that sees the whole claim.

Defense-side experience. Plaintiff-focused advocacy.

Renee's career began managing claims professionals at a major insurance company and continued through insurance defense and litigation. That background gives Summit a practical view of how serious injury claims are evaluated, prepared, and negotiated.

Today, Renee brings that perspective to injured people in Las Vegas and throughout Southern Nevada, with direct communication and a strategy built around the facts of each case.

The case that changed the course

One client's fight became a new beginning.

In December 2020, Renee met a client whose hand had been nearly taken by a preventable accident. The product-defect case required four years of preparation and persistence.

The matter ended in a life-changing settlement. It also gave Renee the clarity to build Summit as a firm dedicated to injured people and informed by a deep understanding of how the other side evaluates claims.

Resources for the road ahead

Start with better questions.

Clear information can help you protect your health, your evidence, and your options after an injury.

Frequently asked questions

Clarity from the first conversation.

Every case is different. A confidential consultation is the best way to understand how these general answers may apply to you.

What does a free case review include?

We listen to what happened, ask a few focused questions, and discuss whether our team may be able to help. There is no obligation to move forward.

How soon should I contact an attorney?

It is helpful to speak with counsel as soon as you can. Early guidance can help protect evidence, document injuries, and keep important deadlines in view.

Do you handle cases outside Las Vegas?

We serve clients throughout Las Vegas, Henderson, and Southern Nevada. Contact us to discuss the location and details of your case.

What does contingency representation mean?

In qualifying injury matters, attorney fees are typically collected only if there is a recovery. We will explain the fee arrangement before you decide whether to move forward.
